Great value Garden Centre with a Café and indoor soft play area. Roses Country Fayre was setup in 1978 as a fruit and vegetable grower before moving into ornamental horticulture in the 1980s. High quality bedding plants have been grown on the nursery there ever since with a broadening of range to also include alpines, perennial plants and herbs. Roses Country Fayre garden centre was setup in 1986 and began as a table at the top of a driveway. As demand for their plants grew, the table became housed within a polytunnel located on the present garden centre site. In 2000 the current structure was formed and in 2011 Cafe Rosie was built. Roses has remained an independent, family owned garden centre and retained a focus on great value and high quality. in 2019 Fantasy Forest soft play centre was opened and has proved popular with local families looking to entertain chlidren aged 10 and under.
